Blood, Blood Everywhere- 6 confirmed dead in Elele shooting (photos)

The insecurity state of Rivers State, Nigeria, has rendered a lot of residents homeless and helpless-refugees as they flee from their hometown for their dear life, not excluding the people of Elele in Ikwere Local Government Area, Rivers State.
In the early hours of today, it was said that there were shootings in the town by unknown gun-men and six persons have been gun down. 2 confirmed in Port Harcourt road, 4 recorded in Ahoda road and many wounded all in Elele province.

"Blood, blood everywhere," a statement made by late Chinua Achebe (author) in one of his books titled "there was a country," which he used to describe and express the reckless, perplexed, and merciless multi-killing during the past Nigeria-Biafra war is now a reality once again.

The earth is so vast and yet unoccupied in its geography/jurisdiction by population, why then have mortal men decided to assume the role of death and God to take life and consequently mitigating the life span of their fellows?
I hope the Government of Rivers state is considering a quick relieve, for residents of, not Elele alone but Rivers State, now live in extreme fear/terror.
I Pray for the bereaved for consolation.
