Shocking!!! Police uncover arms, ammunitions in car during search in Bayelsa

The police in Bayelsa State said its men found an automatic rifle, with five loaded magazines containing 197 rounds of ammunition hidden inside a vehicle, during a routine stop-and-search operation on Saturday in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The car, a red Highlander Jeep with license plate number, SPR 386 AA, has been impounded, and the two men inside it, James Ebi, 31, and Pinni Oyakemeagha, 34, arrested, said the police in a statement issued on Sunday by its Public Relations Officer in the state, Asinim Butswat.
Mr. Butswat said the incident occurred along the Gloryland Drive, Yenagoa.
He said two other men, simply identified as Ibori and Destiny, who were linked to the incident were on the run.
Police are investigating the incident, and also intensifying effort to arrest the fleeing suspects, he said.
